It was worth its 5 stars. Great location, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff. Their concierge rocks! Loved dining at Spices, set within 5 minutes' walk.

Nice base for shopping in Chengdu. The staff were extremely professional. Service was unbeatable throughout the hotel. The property was located right in the heart of the city
